  First off I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I have had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out. I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips? Appreciate it!

  May I simply just say what a relief to discover someone that actually knows what they're discussing on the web. You certainly understand how to bring an issue to light and make it important.   Aw, this was a very nice post. Taking a few minutes and actual effort to create a good article… but what can I say… I procrastinate a whole lot and never manage to get nearly anything done.
