  First of all I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing. I've had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there. I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips? Appreciate it!

  Aw, this was a really nice post. Taking the time and actual effort to make a superb article… but what can I say… I put things off a whole lot and don't seem to get anything done.
