  Hi there, i read your blog from time to time and i own a similar one and i was just wondering if you get a lot of spam comments? If so how do you prevent it, any plugin or anything you can suggest? I get so much lately it's driving me crazy so any assistance is very much appreciated.

  I love the idea of setting aside 20-30 minutes to wind down before writing—I’ve found it really helps me shift gears after work. I usually write right after I load the dishwasher, so my mind feels a bit more settled read more
